Pricing FAQ

Pricing questions

How is Payixay priced?

Payixay charges a percentage of processed card volume (the merchant discount rate, or MDR). Your rate depends on your business model, monthly volume, average order value, card mix and risk profile, and is agreed in your merchant agreement.

What is a rolling reserve?

A rolling reserve is a small percentage of each day’s processing that is held for an agreed period to cover potential refunds and chargebacks. Each day’s reserve is released back to you automatically when its holding period ends.

When do I receive my money?

Settlements are made on the cycle agreed in your merchant agreement, net of fees and any rolling reserve, in USD to your bank account or in USDT (TRC-20) to your designated wallet, with a statement for every payout.

Are there hidden fees?

No. Every fee that applies to your account is listed in your merchant agreement before you sign, and itemised on your settlement statements.

Can I change between USD and USDT settlement?

Yes. Tell our team which currency you want for each settlement cycle and we will settle accordingly, subject to your agreement.
